Please make way for ambulances

Every minute counts when a person's life is at danger. Think of a situation if an ambulance gets stuck in a heavy traffic jam. What else the ambulance driver can do?? We have to put the blame on patient's fate, whose life is at stake.

The basic senseless act what we do normally is trying to block the way for ambulance, though we are very much aware that its going to cost a person's life. It some time frustrates all. Just put yourself in this situation and think that how you react when someone is blocking your way. Wont you get irritated soon?? Wont you get angry soon?? Its the same feeling for all.

Though there are lot of ambulances equipped with lot of emergency medical facilities in itself, there are some bad times when the patient needs to be admitted to a hospital for a critical operation/surgery. Government cannot afford to put a separate road for the ambulances. We being humans, should have the basic sense in our-self, which has to pave way for ambulances in times of emergency.

There are many cases where the patient could have survived if he had been taken to the hospital on time. But our stupid motorists never think about this possibility at all. Ambulance drivers can expect some help from the traffic police, but not all the times. They can't do anything when a huge traffic jam happens. So during these times the each and every motorists, who are standing near-by the ambulance in signal should cooperate and give them a free space. So that they can pass the traffic easily and life of a person can be saved. Please all motorists bear that in mind.

So what else we can do to prevent this sort of incidents going forward. One good suggestion what I feel is, bring a LAW and book a crime against the motorists who does not leave way for emergency vehicles. There are many countries where the people are very much disciplined and never pray for the person in stake. However it is the LAW which prevails in those countries saves the life of many people .
