How to maintain fairness/improve complexion in our face

In general complexion refers to the natural color and appearance of the skin of a person. Human skin color can range from black to pinkish white. Women have slightly lighter skin than men.
People originated from sunny regions have darker skin color than people from regions of less sunlight. Nature has gifted human body to protect itself from any harmful effects of sun. Therefore, people who live for long periods in sunny regions, i.e. near the Equator regions have larger quantities of melanin, a protein molecule in their skins to protect them against high levels of exposure to the sun. This makes their skins dark brown or black. Below are the few simple steps which we can follow in our day to day routine life. They are so simple and will not consume much of our time. 1. Avoid using soaps for washing our face. Rather go for some face wash moisturizers. Use it to wash your face twice a day (Morning & Night). Soap products contain more chemical substances and hence produce more lather. 2. Skin may be Oily or dry in nature. So selecting the moisturizer depends on the nature of skin you have. Dry skin people should go for a oily moisturizer and vice-versa. 3. Wash your face with cold water once in 2/3 hrs daily to keep skin bit away from oily nature. 4. Consume some fresh fruit juices at least once a day. Prefer juices of fruits which possess good vitamin-C content. 5. Go for a short walk in the morning before 10 AM or in the evening after 3 PM. In between time, the UV penetration from Sun is more and it will tare the skin. Early morning & late evening sun are the rich source of vitamin-C & D contents.
